Orders can be placed by telephone or e-mail
Payment Details
We accept Visa, Switch, Maestro, and most other major credit and debit cards. Cheques are also acceptable made payable to Karen Young Designs. Upon receipt and clearance of cheques your order will be dispatched.
Postage / Packing
Postage and packaging costs £3.95, and all jewellery is sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. This is the fastest and safest way to receive your orders as parcels require a signature upon arrival.
Free delivery is offered on all orders over £100.
While every effort will be made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please note each item is individually handcrafted and therefore at busy times of the year ie Christmas, please allow up to 14 days for delivery following receipt of payment.
All items are packaged in gift boxes which include our logo.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or refund the goods, if returned within 14 days. Please return the items uworn and ensure the jewellery is sent with adequate insurance. Karen Young Designs is not responsible for any damage or loss through transit.
Please note that earrings or customized pieces cannot be returned.
Commissions
Commissions are welcomed. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. Please telephone or email for more details.
